Lakeland Harbor Homeowners Association, Inc. represents all homeowners in the community of Lakeland Harbor, Lakeland, Florida in matters with current park ownership Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS).  

The organization's Board of Directors also provides information sharing through this website as well as a community newsletter The Harbor Light.  If you have questions, please contact the President of the LHHA Board of Directors and he or she will direct you to the proper individual.

It extends the opportunity for residents to participate in committees to plan social events that take place on ELS property as well as some that are off-property.

 

All actions are in compliance with ELS rules and regulations, FS 723, Florida Administrative Code and LHHA Bylaws.

Our mission is to enhance and preserve the quality of life and sense of community through effective management of the Association. Our goal is to achieve value, integrity, fairness, common sense, community participation, respect and cooperation in all activities.
 

Lakeland Harbor is an age qualified, 55 plus community.

To register and become a member of this website with full access to all of its informational pages, homeowners or renters must be a dues-paying member of Lakeland Harbor Homeowners Association, Inc.  Non-members may join the website but will only have access to certain pages.  To join the website, go to the link in the upper right corner of the home page that reads "Please log in or register", select "register" and follow the prompts.  Or you may use the button below.



Please contact the LHHA Membership Committee, Linda Schwartz at 4824 Lakeland Harbor Circle or Lydia Seitz at 4585 Lakeland Harbor Loop to pay your dues and join LHHA. 

Watch the Event Sign at the entrance to the park, check the bulletin board in the Clubhouse and join this LHHA website to have the best opportunity to obtain accurate information and stay informed about happenings in Lakeland Harbor.
